30-minute massage and incorporation of reflexology for hands or feet. Perfect for the person who stands or types all day.
Assisted Stretch

30- minute stretch session. One-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas, and incorporates active and passive stretching.
1-Hour Session
Deep Tissue Massage

Tailored to your needs, can be full body massage or from the hips up if your upper body needs that extra work.
Ashiatsu

Also known as barefoot massage. Yes, we walk on you! The deepest most luxurious massage in the business. Reaches deep tissue muscles without the "pain" of the typical deep tissue massage.
Prenatal Massage

Performed using a pregnancy pillow (where you can lay face down) or laying on your side. Must speak with your OBGYN prior to booking.

Tailored to your needs, full body massage. This is for the client who gets regular massages and may just need more time. Not recommended for first time clients or if it has been over 3 months since your last massage.
